Nigel Chanter

Nigel helps founders turn ambitious technical ideas into enduring businesses. 

As COO of Perforce Software, Nigel joined a five-person startup and helped scale it into a global leader in DevOps software serving Fortune 500 and enterprise customers worldwide. He led go-to-market, product and sales strategy while building the operational foundations required to support long-term growth at scale.

Today, Nigel advises and invests in early-stage technology companies, with a particular focus on climate technology and Physical AI. He is a board member and investor at HELIOSAND, a company developing high-efficiency solar technology using concentrated light and advanced lens systems to decarbonize industrial heat. He recently completed the Harvard Innovation Labs “How to Create a Climate Venture” program.

Nigel also co-founded Meticulon, a social enterprise dedicated to creating opportunities for neurodiverse talent.

Sara Gardner

Sara is GTM leader with a 15 year track record of scaling Industrial IoT, Robotics, Computer Vision and Physical AI portfolios.

As head of strategy and solutions CTO, she co-founded Hitachi's global IoT business and helped spearhead the company's digital transformation. She has since engineered GTM transformations for robotics vendor GreyOrange, JCI's physical security business, and supported Physical AI related startups. 

 

Earlier in her career she held analytics and data management product and GTM leadership positions at enterprise tech players including Oracle, Ingres, HDS and HPE.
